Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities and Duties: The Telesales Consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and proactively contacting potential customers. The role involves engaging with leads, converting them into sales, and consistently working towards monthly and quarterly targets. The consultant will provide accurate product information, including technical advice where needed, and support the Sales and Key Account Manager with qualified leads. Regular sales reports must be prepared for management to track progress and performance.
Educational: A Matric certificate is required for this role, with relevant experience or qualifications in sales considered an advantage.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a sales-related role is required. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, combined with a customer-focused mindset, will be essential. The consultant should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Computer Skills: A high level of computer literacy is required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with CRM or sales management systems will be advantageous.
Personal Qualities: Punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking, professional, presentable, friendly, independent, team player, target/goal driven
Language: Able to speak, read and write in English
General: Strong administrative, communication, and writing skills

Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and follow up on quotes, process orders and ensure timely delivery, provide sales support to management, liaise with the factory and marketing teams, handle customer enquiries and store feedback, manage Takealot portfolio and stock levels, maintain product and retailer listings, conduct quarterly store visits, complete assigned ISORIGHT tasks.
Educational: Matric
Experience: Sales or administrative experience in a retail or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Sage One is beneficial.

Educational: Matric
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in store/stock controlling, store management. Some related work experience is essential (wood and manufacturing industry, store/stock controlling, store management, ISO).
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel), strong communication skills, strong telephonic skills
