Responsibilities and Duties: The Telesales Consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and proactively contacting potential customers. The role involves engaging with leads, converting them into sales, and consistently working towards monthly and quarterly targets. The consultant will provide accurate product information, including technical advice where needed, and support the Sales and Key Account Manager with qualified leads. Regular sales reports must be prepared for management to track progress and performance.
Educational: A Matric certificate is required for this role, with relevant experience or qualifications in sales considered an advantage.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a sales-related role is required. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, combined with a customer-focused mindset, will be essential. The consultant should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Computer Skills: A high level of computer literacy is required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with CRM or sales management systems will be advantageous.
Personal Qualities: Punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking, professional, presentable, friendly, independent, team player, target/goal driven
Language: Able to speak, read and write in English
General: Strong administrative, communication, and writing skills

Job Title: Carpenter/Tradesman

Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the efficient manufacture and improvement of furniture products, including fabrication, assembly, installation and finishing in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. The role involves operating woodworking and CNC machinery, handling materials safely, maintaining equipment and work areas, conducting quality checks, reducing waste, and collaborating with the production team to meet delivery, safety and compliance requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong technical and practical carpentry skills, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications. A high level of quality awareness, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and safety consciousness is essential. The role requires physical capability, adaptability, sound communication skills, analytical and organisational ability, and the capacity to work effectively as part of a team. Relevant formal qualifications, such as a National Certificate in Furniture Making recognised by SAQA or obtained through AITF College, would be beneficial.
Qualifications & Experience:
A relevant diploma, certificate or equivalent qualification is required, together with approximately three to five years’ relevant experience. Experience in woodworking processes, furniture assembly lines and operating CNC machinery would be advantageous, although not essential. The candidate should have a working knowledge of raw materials and their applications, ISO quality standards, and applicable health and safety regulations.
Key Performance Indicators: Performance will be measured by the ability to develop and design new products, implement improvements to new and existing products, and accurately interpret drawings and production specifications to guide the manufacturing process. Additional measures include material yield and waste reduction across timber, board and finishing materials, as well as the quality reject rate, with emphasis on furniture and doors passing quality control inspection the first time.
